Terms of Service

1. Provider

NowAgenda is provided by GOLDENSIO SL, Calle Sabina 89, 35660 La Oliva, Las Palmas, Fuerteventura, Spain. NIF: B72723364.

2. Service

NowAgenda provides online booking pages, calendar management, operator and service configuration, appointment reminders, notifications and integrations for local businesses and professionals.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of their services, prices, availability, customer communications, business information and any legal notices required for their own customers.

4. Integrations

When a tenant connects Google Calendar or other third-party services, they authorize NowAgenda to use those integrations only for the features they enable, such as creating or updating appointment events.

5. Communications Consent

By registering as a tenant or requesting an appointment, users accept that NowAgenda and the relevant tenant may send service communications by email, WhatsApp or other enabled channels where compatible. Service communications include confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, payment notices and operational messages related to the requested service.

Promotional messages, commercial updates and marketing content require a separate optional consent and may be withdrawn according to the available unsubscribe or privacy-request process.

6. Cookies

NowAgenda uses necessary cookies and local storage for authentication, security, booking and user preferences. Optional cookies for analytics or marketing are used only after consent through the cookie banner.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans may be billed monthly through supported payment providers. Access to paid features may be suspended if payment fails or the subscription is cancelled.

8. Acceptable Use

Users must not use NowAgenda for unlawful activity, abusive messaging, unauthorized data collection, security attacks, spam or activity that harms the platform or other users.

9. Availability

We aim to keep NowAgenda reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages or technical issues may affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOLDENSIO SL is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost bookings or third-party service failures.

11. Account Closure and Data Export

Tenant owners may export workspace data and request account deletion from the settings area. Deletion is irreversible from the interface and may not remove records that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security or dispute-resolution reasons.

12. Legal Review

These terms are an operational product template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before final commercial launch.
